An exercise tape lead by the one and only Estelle Getty from 1993.

I got this VHS tape from a Goodwill in Ohio when my Great Aunt, 2nd Cousin, Grammy and I all went down to visit my Great Aunt Betty. She wasn’t doing real well so we were making the trip down. On our way home we stopped at a Goodwill. My 2nd Cousin and I are pretty into the Golden Girls. When I lived with her and my Great Aunt we used to do puzzles together while watching it. Naturally, when we found this VHS tape we just had to get it. I want to say it cost us less than a dollar.

As this VHS tape has come before me, it’s accompanying technology is tougher to come by/have. All this to build up to my excuse that I haven’t watched or participated in this video a single time.
